3 field Breast treatments

At our site we have issues with setting up 3-field breast using AlignRT. We setup to our dicom and use the treatment capture feature to check arm position. Sometimes when we do films they do not match what alignRT had us do. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this? And what is the best ROI to use for 3-fields?

Hello April, would a ROI consisting of part of the bony supraclavicular and ROI band from one lateral to the other be suffice?

My site also experiences the same issue. Therapist line up using AlignRT and after imaging they do not match AlignRTÂ so we take a new reference every day. Has anyone else encountered this issue ? Looking for suggestions.
