Modesty on Pelvic treatments

When treating pelvis patients with SGRT, what is the best way to maintain patient modesty and still have enough anatomy (hips, legs) for an accurate ROI? I know that covering the pt. too much can greatly reduce the accuracy of the surface tracking. Is there a certain type of small cover that people have found to work?

Hey Christine. We use a pillow case folded in thirds long ways if that makes sense? We haven't had any complaints about modesty yet. We start with placing it in CT though and explain why we need so much skin to show.
We place pillowcase over genitals and then cut it out of our ROI. Works well for us. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
I'll work on getting a picture up of an example ROI.
