We are currently having Align RT installed.

It seems most departments still perform a field light coverage check for breast treatments when using SGRT for set up. Has anyone replaced this with a check of the deformation tool? If the breast hasn't changed shape then coverage should be fine?

we stopped doing SSD check when introduced SGRT. Our procedures still have the rads do field light check just for splash (flash?! - external surface). The feeling is that it doesn't add much with SGRT, and we also do an MV-kV pair at post oblique angle so the MV would show any issue too.
