Our learning curve was about 3 weeks but that was not to learn the system itself. It was more focused on getting therapists comfortable enough to trust it. This took using extra imaging to prove to ourselves Vision RT was correct. And it proved itself over and over again. I know training is offered in Baltimore, MD and a Vision RT trainer is also sent out for the first few days you go live. Maybe you could get connected to do a site visit with a clinic already utilizing the system?
We have noticed less is more with Vision RT. We could do without vac bags for 3D and pelvis patients. Our doctors still use them because that is the norm for our clinic. When we make them we now, we try to push as much as we can out of the way so a good ROI can be obtained.
