We use beam gating with the default 1 mm tolerances for our SRS cases (Hyperarc style) and generally have issues when the gantry blocks 1 of the 3 AlignRT cameras. The beam will gate multiple times per arc when the camera is blocked, particularly with couch kicks. Another site suggested using a 2 second beam hold delay instead of the default 0. Does anyone else have experience they could share with with using the beam hold delay? To me, it does not seem like 2 seconds would get you through the blocked camera zone.

we use the delay - choose a value that is clinically relevant. even 1 second can help sometimes; give it a go
