Welcome

This page has practical information on the SGRT Community’s evening ESTRO event, being held 8th May at Denmark’s stunning National Aquarium, starting from 6.30pm.

There will be tasty food, lovely drinks, and plenty of opportunities to mingle with, and learn from, your peers.

Getting to the venue

To help you get to the aquarium right from ESTRO, we are operating a free shuttle service. The coaches depart from the Hotel AC Bella Sky (right next to the Bella Center) and should be easy to find, just look for a sign in their window for SGRT: National Aquarium.

If you prefer to get there on your own, the closest metro is Kastrup and the aquarium’s address is: Jacob Fortlingsvej 1, 2770 Kastrup.

Outbound coaches

Free coaches will depart from the AC Hotel Bella Sky (adjacent to the Bella Center) for the 10-minute ride to the National Aquarium Denmark around every 15 minutes, between the following times:

6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
Return coaches

Free coaches will depart from the National Aquarium Denmark for the 10-minute ride back to the AC Hotel Bella Sky (the same location as the pick-up) around every 15 minutes between the following times:

9:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Event Agenda

The event starts at 6:30 pm and food and drinks will be served from various stations all evening.

We’ve set aside an area around the Shark Tank for general mingling – it’ll be available all evening, so do come and speak to your peers, while doing some shark-spotting!

There will be six speakers giving presentations on SGRT throughout the evening. Each presentation is less than a half-hour and the first starts at 6:45 pm.  In order to give attendees a chance to attend multiple sessions, all of these presentations will be repeated: at 7:15 pm, at 7:45pm and a final presentation at 8.15 pm.
