Venue location
All events (SGRT in ACTION, Evening Reception, Seeing is Believing) are taking place at ETC County Hall, a venue located next to the London Eye, across from the Houses of Parliament, and close to Waterloo and Westminster London Underground stations*.

Event Timings
SGRT in Action: Thursday 2nd December, 2.30 pm-5.30 pm
- Registration opens at 2.30pm, with refreshments served until workshops begin at 3pm – a full outline of the day will be provided upon your arrival
- Please use the entrance on Belvedere Road, and come up to the 3rd floor when you arrive
The SGRT Europe evening reception: Thursday 2nd December, 7 pm-10 pm
- Please join us for drinks, food and a chance to network with your peers.
- The venue is the same: etc County Hall. Just come up to the 4th floor, using the entrance on Belvedere Road
- For all the events, we are catering for a range of common dietary requirements (vegetarian/gluten-free etc), however if you have any specific or complex requests or allergies, please email events@visionrt.com so we can accommodate
SGRT Europe: Seeing is Believing: Friday 3rd December, 8 am-4.45 pm
- Registration, refreshments and product demonstrations all open at 8am, with breakfast served until sessions begin at 8.45am
- Please use the entrance on Belvedere Road, and come up to the 3rd floor when you arrive

Covid-19 safety information
We are working hard to ensure all attendees feel safe and comfortable at this SGRT event. To this end, here are the event guidelines we will follow:
BEFORE YOU ATTEND
- Please take a lateral flow test to ensure you are negative for Covid-19, 48 hours prior to attending this event
- Anyone experiencing Covid symptoms, or who has been told to self-isolate for any reason, should not attend this event
DURING THE EVENT
- We ask attendees to wear a face mask at all times during the event (except when eating or presenting), unless they are exempt. Spare masks will be available at registration
- The venue will have additional cleaning and sanitising facilities made available to attendees, including antiviral gel/disinfectant wipes. We ask attendees to wash or disinfect their hands frequently
- Seating at event sessions will be arranged to allow for social distancing where possible, and we encourage attendees to respect social distancing during breaks and while networking
- High-contact areas at the venue will be disinfected regularly by the venue cleaning team
- Anyone who feels unwell during the event should alert a member of the SGRT Events Team immediately.
All our staff and suppliers will be asked to read, understand and adhere to the above guidelines throughout their time at the event, including during set-up.
Information for international travellers
* Please note that travel advice has changed and Day 2 PCR tests are now required to enter the UK. For the latest travel advice, visit the UK government website here.
If you are double vaccinated for Covid-19 and will be traveling to this event from outside the UK, under current UK guidelines you are required to pre-order a Day 2 PCR Covid test (even if you are staying for less than 2 days). The booking reference for this test must be entered onto a UK Passenger Locator Form, and that form must be submitted online to the UK authorities within the 48 hour period prior to your travel to the UK.
