We are pleased to share the presentation videos from the AAPM SGRT Community Speaker Dinner held in Nashville on July 29, 2018.

This knowledge- sharing event hosted physicists and radiation therapists from all over the country. Three clinical experts shared their practical experience of SGRT for advances in accuracy with Advanced Camera Optimization (ACO), Halcyon® and eliminating the use of tattoos.

Innovation-driven precision: where are we today and where we go from here

The SGRT Community was pleased to host the speaker event: Advancing precise, personalized medicine through SGRT, in San Antonio this year.

Attendees enjoyed a classic Texan BBQ and an evening of networking amongst their peers. The event shared a clinician’s view on how every patient can uniquely benefit from SGRT as a standard solution and how SGRT drives quality end-to-end integrated solutions that reduce variation in treatment delivery.

Our two clinical experts provided insight on what to expect of next-generation SGRT and delivered tips on how to evaluate SGRT solutions.

Attendees were greeted with a welcome reception of champagne and canapes, followed by two presentations in a relaxed atmosphere at the San Antonio Museum of Art. They were given plenty of time to meet and talk with their peers at our outdoor BBQ and buffet.

Many were are thrilled to enjoy a private viewing access to certain areas of the museum earlier that day.

The SGRT Community was pleased to host the speaker event: SGRT: Breakthroughs in precise, personalized medicine Speaker Dinner in Chicago, IL in 2019.

Attendees enjoyed an exceptional and educational evening of networking, fun, food, and drinks at The Alder Planetarium.

The top experts in the field of Surface Guided Radiation Technology presented a number of topics, including patient safety, SRS treatments and how to evaluate SGRT technologies.

We are pleased to share the presentation videos from the SGRT Community Annual Meeting: SGRT From Theory to Practice held on May 3-4 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Radiation oncologists, physicists, and radiation therapists came together to hear clinical experts present on several innovative topics including the following:

  • SBRT
  • SafetyAccuracy and workflow
  • Tattooless and Markerless treatments
  • Advances in accuracy and more.

This year’s theme was especially relevant as there have been so many exceptional advancements with SGRT in the fields of SRS, DIBH, and SBRT.
