SGRT Europe kicked off on Thursday, 28th November, with workshops dedicated to implementation, successful change management, indication expansion, and sessions focused on maximising the value of SGRT systems. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, as multiple learning tracks were available based on attendees’ experience levels. Whether participants were still evaluating SGRT systems or were experienced users, the event offered valuable content tailored to benefit every clinic.

A highlight of the first day was the sessions led by expert change management consultants from The Art of Work. They guided attendees through the process of introducing tattoo- and mark-free treatments and transitioning from closed to open-face masks for head and neck treatments. Participants were provided with a comprehensive step-by-step framework to implement these changes in their clinics and left with practical leadership tips to support their teams.
