Surface Guided Radiation Therapy is transforming the entire RT workflow at every step: Simulation, Planning, Treatment and Dose Verification.

SGRT has become a game changer, and we invite you to take part in this year’s annual meeting of the Asia Pacific SGRT Community – a chance to share knowledge about the transformations that have already taken place, and what comes next.

We are currently seeking abstracts for in-person presentations and clinical case studies for this event on the following topics:

• SGRT selection process and implementation
• Photon
• Proton
• In-Bore
• CT Sim
• Manual handling and efficiencies
• Reduced imaging
• Safety
• Staff and patient satisfaction
• Latest studies/observations across all clinical indications but in particular:
  • SRS
  • SABR
  • H&N
  • Breast
  • Tattoo and mark-free treatments

Travel grants are available for successful abstracts.

About the event

Every SGRT Community meeting is always completely FREE and 100% clinically driven, with all sessions and talks delivered by SGRT users.

As in previous years, sessions will be a mix of presentations and workshops, all focused on the latest innovations & applications and real-life case reports. There will also be opportunities for networking with peers and vendors.

This is an in-person event, being held in Melbourne at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, but all the presentations will be recorded and videos made available via sgrt.org at a later date.

Content at this event will be tailored to all stakeholders in the radiotherapy process, but primarily clinicians, physicists and radiation therapists.  The event will be tailored to meet the needs of everyone interested in SGRT, from those who do not have an SGRT system, as well as experienced users looking for content about the latest studies and research.
