SGRT Annual APAC Meeting 2027: Taking SGRT Further

We’re pleased to announce abstracts are now open for the annual meeting of the APAC SGRT Community.

Our theme this time around is Taking SGRT Further, with a strong focus on exploring the possibilities beyond standard SGRT applications and sharing how we can continue to expand its role in clinical practice.

We are looking for abstracts on:

• Latest clinical evidence and research
• Clinical implementation experiences and lessons learned
• Workflow optimisation across simulation, planning and treatment delivery
• Quality assurance, commissioning and validation of SGRT systems and workflows
• Expanding SGRT into new clinical indications and treatment techniques
• Specific focus on SRS and Head & Neck applications, including challenging or complex cases
• Planning workflows, best practise for non coplanar and planning innovations
• DoseRT applications, dose monitoring and treatment verification
• Automation, scripting and workflow efficiencies
• Practical case studies showcasing successes, challenges and solutions

Taking SGRT Further will be a learning event with practical end-to-end content covering all aspects of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy:

• Simulation
• Planning
• Treatment delivery
• Dose management and verification
• And more

We’ll be showcasing real-world clinical applications, emerging evidence, innovative workflows and advanced techniques that are helping teams maximise the value of SGRT in routine practice. We’ll have sessions focused on clinical research, showing how SGRT is supporting improved patient outcomes, workflow efficiency and treatment accuracy.

We’ll also be featuring innovative new SGRT solutions including MapRT for better RT planning, and DoseRT for real-time dose visualisations.
The agenda will be announced later in 2026 and will include highly interactive sessions with live polls, breakout discussions, workshops, and hands-on practical sessions designed to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
