SGRTuesdays are short, free, SGRT-focused webinars on the last Tuesday of every month.
Agenda
We had a great SGRTuesdays webinar lined up for October.
The topic was Adding Value Across the Workflow with SGRT, featuring three expert users who discussed how surface guidance has evolved and now offers benefits beyond traditional motion management.

Alexander Pevsner, PhD, DABR, from Greenwich Hospital gave an overview on “Implementing a Markerless Workflow” – improving accuracy while maintaining patient comfort, without tattoos.

Allison Matous, MD, from Dartmouth Cancer Centre presented on “Using Cherenkov Imaging and Scintillation Dosimetry to Quantify Contralateral Breast Dose in Breast Radiotherapy Treatments” – an innovation in advancing precision and patient safety in breast radiotherapy.

And finally, we had Danae McCarthy, RT(T), from Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center share her experiences with “Maskless Head & Neck Treatments for H&N Patients.” An intriguing presentation on avoiding the use of closed or even open-face masks altogether.
