Registration is now open for our annual US SGRT Community meeting, June 5-6, 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Denver, Colorado. The Hyatt’s a fantastic venue – with luxurious facilities and stunning views of the Rocky Mountains – all in the heart of downtown Denver.
But of course, the main attraction is the learning, and this year’s annual SGRT meeting will be a special one.
In addition to an impressive slate of presenters from some of the country’s most prestigious clinics, we’ll be offering something entirely new: an on-site visit during clinical hours*.
For a limited number of attendees who are new to Surface Guided Radiation Therapy, we’ve arranged a visit to AdventHealth Parker (on June 5th) as part of the meeting. This is an opportunity to see how this center uses SGRT across the entire workflow: Simulation, Planning, Treatment and Dose Visualization.
*Please keep in mind this is an active clinic, so spaces for this part of the overall event (held on June 5th) are extremely limited and will be distributed via a waitlist, which you can join (and find out more about) when you register.
All SGRT Community events are entirely free to attend.

2025’s annual meeting of the US SGRT Community will be taking place in Denver and registration is now open.
