Abstracts are now open for our SGRT Community Annual USA Meeting will take place June 4th to 6th 2024 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Denver, CO, USA.
Agenda
We are currently seeking abstracts for in-person presentations and clinical case studies for the overall event on the following topics:
- SGRT selection process and implementation
- Planning
- Dose visualization
- Photon
- Proton
- In-Bore
- CT Sim
- Manual handling and efficiencies
- Reduced imaging
- Safety
- Staff and patient satisfaction
- Staffing hours / costs
- Latest studies/observations across all clinical indications but in particular:
- SRS
- SABR
- H&N
- Breast
- Prostate
- Tattoo and mark-free treatments
- Extremities
Travel grants are available for successful submissions, and the abstract window will close on Monday, February 3, 2025.
About the event
Surface Guided Radiation Therapy is transforming the entire RT workflow at every step: Simulation, Planning, Treatment and Dose Visualization.
2025’s annual meeting of the US SGRT Community will be taking place in Denver and we are now accepting abstracts.
In addition to clinical presentations, we will be offering an opportunity for an on-site visit to a local clinic that has implemented SGRT throughout the entire RT workflow — Simulation, Planning, Treatment, and Dose Visualization.
