Exciting news! Early registration is now open for the annual meeting of the US SGRT Community, taking place May 7 – 8, 2026, in Orlando, in an unforgettable setting next door to Walt Disney World.
This year’s meeting is shaping up to be an exceptional opportunity to connect with the community, hear from expert users at some of the most prominent clinics in the world, and take part in engaging discussions around SGRT innovation and best practices.
Alongside an impressive lineup of presenters, attendees will have the opportunity to visit AdventHealth Celebration, which has fully implemented SGRT across the entire treatment pathway. These on-site visits offer a rare chance to see SGRT in action in a live clinical setting and gain practical, real-world insights.
A special event rate is available at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area. The rate is $239 per night for single or double occupancy, plus a $30 daily resort fee and applicable taxes. This discounted rate is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. To make a booking, please email events@visionrt.com.
