We’ve lined up experts from some of the most prominent clinics in the country, with special learning tracks covering every level of SGRT experience. Whether you’re still evaluating systems or looking to broaden your implementations, there’ll be content to fit your needs. We’re pleased to share an early look at our agenda.
We’ll also have special sessions offering expert guidance on:
- New SGRT reimbursement rules, including tools to simplify and automate the tracking process
- Proton therapy treatments
And – we’re excited to announce – we’ve arranged on-site visits during both clinical hours and non-clinical hours at AdventHealth Celebration as part of this meeting. This is an opportunity to see SGRT in action across an entire workflow: simulation, planning and treatment, as well as the new possibilities opened up by dose visualization.

- Those new to SGRT will be offered a place on a site visit group on Thursday May 7th, during the main agenda
- More experienced users are invited to join a group on Friday May 8th in the afternoon

About the event
This year’s annual USA SGRT learning event is going to be our best-ever!
Join us in Orlando, next door to Walt Disney World, on May 7th and 8th for “A Whole New World of SGRT.” Recent changes to billing and reimbursement have made “active motion management” with SGRT likely more accessible than ever before. But the technology itself has also evolved over time to include powerful new capabilities and benefits. While still an essential motion management tool in the treatment room – this event will showcase expert users sharing experiences on using SGRT for improved simulation, RT planning and dose visualization.
A special event rate is available at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area. The rate is $239 per night for single or double occupancy, plus a $30 daily resort fee and applicable taxes.
