We’re pleased to announce abstracts are now open for the annual meeting of the European SGRT Community – the biggest, most comprehensive SGRT learning event of the year.
Our theme this time around is: A to Z with SGRT, because our focus will be very much on the practical and hands-on, day to to day opportunities offered by Surface Guided Radiation Therapy. We’re looking to cover all things SGRT, from A to Z and we hope you will join us.
We are looking for abstracts on:
- Latest clinical evidence and research
- Clinical implementation experiences and lessons learned
- Workflow optimisation across simulation, planning and treatment delivery
- Quality assurance, commissioning and validation of SGRT systems and workflows
- Expanding SGRT into new clinical indications and treatment techniques
- Specific focus on SRS and Head & Neck applications, including challenging or complex cases
- Planning workflows, best practise for non coplanar and planning innovations
- DoseRT applications, dose monitoring and treatment verification
- Automation, scripting and workflow efficiencies
- Practical case studies showcasing successes, challenges and solutions
Travel grants are available for successful submissions.

Users and potential users of all SGRT systems can join the community, attend events and post messages on our forum. Clinical content is provided by users of SGRT and their views, workflows, clinical results etc are not endorsed or validated by Vision RT.
All SGRT Community events are free to attend. There are no registration fees.

We’ll have sessions focused on clinical research, showing how SGRT is supporting improved patient outcomes, workflow efficiency and treatment accuracy.
